The structure of bottom loading composite hose
Bottom loading composite hose is composed of five parts: inner wire, outer wire, liner, carcass and cover.
Inner wire: galvanized mild steel.
Outer wire: galvanized mild steel.
Liner: polypropylene and polyester.
Carcass: multiple layers of polypropylene fabric and film.
Cover: abrasion resistant PVC coated fabric.

Bend radius: 4", 5.5", 7", 8", 11", 15.5", 16", 20", 30" and 36".
Working pressure: 200psi or 150psi.
Standard length: 60ft and 40ft.
