1. Basic information of MOPSO sodium salt
MOPSO sodium salt is a derivative of the biological buffer MOPS, also known as 3- (N-morpholino) propanesulfonate sodium salt in Chinese, with a CAS number of 71119-22-7. 2. Application of MOPSO Sodium Salt

3. Preparation method of MOPSO sodium salt
To prepare a 1L MOPSO sodium salt solution, 231.25 grams of MOPSO sodium salt powder, 750ml of distilled water, and an appropriate amount of concentrated sulfuric acid are required. The vessel requires a beaker, stirring rod, etc. Firstly, 231.25 grams of MOPSO sodium salt powder need to be dissolved in 750ml of distilled water, then adjusted to the desired pH value using concentrated sulfuric acid, followed by adding distilled water to a volume of 1L, and finally filtering and disinfecting the MOPSO sodium salt solution.
