1.introduction
The digital impact tester is suitable to determine and measure the impact toughness value and shock resistance of metal materials under dynamic loading. It can be used in steel metallurgy, machinery, colleges and universities, R&D department, etc. The impact tester enjoy good reputation in the countries of Australia, India, Malaysia, Turkey, Brazil, etc.
2.test method
GB/T 3038 Verification of pendulum –type impact testing machines (ISO 148-2:2008 metallic materials--- Charpy pendulum impact test---part 2:verification of test machines, MOD)
GB/T229 metallic materials--- Charpy pendulum impact test method (ISO 148-1:2016 metallic materials--- Charpy pendulum impact test---Part 1: Test method, MOD)
3.Functions:
ü Semi-automatic: during test, firstly raise and lock manually by click the button, then unlock the pendulum to do impact test. And after test, pendulum auto raise and lock again for next test. The impact energy and toughness can be displayed after each test. A group test is include three single test, after three single test, the system auto calculates mean value of the three test value.
ü Saving functions: 100 groups test date can be saved in the controller, including test name, original test parameters, mean value, test time, etc.
ü Printing functions(extra charge): by install with a micro-printer, test data can be printed.
ü Multi-impact energy: the device support to pendulums with different impact energy.
