Performance characteristics of stainless steel sanitary pipes
Microbial control: Compliant with ASTM A270 standards, it must pass the 3% ferric chloride solution immersion test to ensure no intergranular corrosion tendency. The pipe fittings are connected using quick-fit clamps or welding to eliminate the dead corners at the threaded interface, reducing the growth and accumulation of microorganisms.
Corrosion resistance: In various media and environments, such as acidic, alkaline, and corrosive media, it can maintain stable chemical properties and is not easily corroded.
Temperature adaptability: It can maintain mechanical performance stability in -40℃ to 200℃ working conditions. The 316L material can withstand short-term temperatures up to 850℃, suitable for CIP/SIP cleaning processes. Commonly used 1.5% NaOH solution is circulated at 80℃ for rinsing.
Strength and pressure resistance: It has high strength and can withstand large pressure and tension, ensuring the stability and safety of the pipeline system, and meeting the requirements of various high-pressure or applications requiring stable flow.
Hygiene cleanliness: The surface is smooth, not prone to adhering harmful substances such as bacteria and microorganisms, not prone to accumulating dirt, easy to clean and maintain, meeting food-grade and medical-grade hygiene standards.
