Performance Features
High cleanliness: After the surface is treated by electrolytic polishing, it becomes very smooth and is not prone to adsorbing dust, impurities and microorganisms. Excellent corrosion resistance: Due to the inherent properties of stainless steel and the denser oxide film formed after electrolytic polishing, EP pipes have strong corrosion resistance. They can resist the erosion of various chemical media and do not rust or corrode easily over a long period of use. They can be used for transporting corrosive liquids and gases.
High precision dimensions: Through advanced production processes, the dimensional accuracy of EP pipes can be strictly controlled. The outer diameter tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm (0.1%), and the concentricity tolerance can be controlled within ±0.01mm. This can meet the installation requirements of various precision equipment and systems.
Good surface smoothness: Its surface is as smooth as a mirror, and the inner surface has a low roughness, which can effectively reduce the resistance of fluid flow in the pipe, reduce energy loss, improve fluid transportation efficiency, and also facilitate cleaning and disinfection of the pipe interior.
