Driving motion: The power output from the power system is transmitted to the wheels through the transmission system, enabling the forklift to move forward, backward, and turn. The transmission shaft transfers power from the engine or electric motor to the transmission device, which distributes the power to the tires through mechanisms such as gears, chains, or belts. The tires generate friction with the ground, driving the forklift.
Cargo lifting: The hydraulic system plays a crucial role in the process of cargo lifting. The hydraulic pump extracts hydraulic oil from the oil tank, regulates the flow and pressure through hydraulic valves, and sends the hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder. The piston inside the hydraulic cylinder moves up or down under the pressure of hydraulic oil, thereby driving the fork arm to rise or fall, achieving the lifting and lowering of goods.
Cargo clamping and handling: The driver operates the control handle to insert the fork into the bottom of the cargo or the fork hole of the pallet, and then uses the hydraulic system to lift the cargo to the appropriate height. The forklift then moves the cargo to the designated location, and finally lowers the cargo to complete the handling process.
