Working principle
Cutting principle: The distance between the bottom cutter of the harvester and the ground is generally between 10 and 15 centimeters, which can be adjusted according to different crops. The cutter part is mainly composed of blades and cutting mechanisms, and the blades can be replaced according to different harvested crops. When the harvester is running, the entire cutting mechanism will move forward, and the downward blades will cut the crops.
Transport principle: The cut crops are processed by operators and transport mechanisms before entering the thresher. The function of the conveyor is to transport the cut crops backwards for threshing.
Threshing principle: The thresher uses the principles of high-speed rotation and friction to separate the husk from the particles, separating the grains and straw from the harvested crops. Different types of crops are equipped with various threshing mechanisms in the thresher.
Structural composition
Cutting device: generally composed of front and rear blades and left and right shovel blades, mainly responsible for quickly and stably transporting crops obtained from the bottom cutter to the rear thresher.
Conveyor device: responsible for conveying the cut crops backwards, connecting the crop port with the thresher for subsequent processing.
Threshing device: It is an important part of separating grains from straw, using mechanical motion and friction to separate the grains from the straw in the crop.
Cleaning device: Clean the threshed grains to remove impurities, deflated grains, etc., and improve the quality of the grains.
Power unit: Provides power to various components of the harvester, usually using diesel or gasoline engines, to meet the power requirements of the harvester under different operating conditions.
