②Gas Filling: The insulating spacer can be filled with argon gas (Ar) to improve thermal performance.
③Warm Edge Spacer: Replaces traditional aluminum spacers to reduce heat transfer.
④Customization Range: Maximum dimensions approximately 3300mm x 7000mm.
How to produce Thermal Tempered Glass at our factory
1.Glass Cutting
Glass sheets are precisely cut to size using CNC cutting machines based on order requirements.
2.Edging & Seaming
The edges are ground and polished to remove burrs, reducing stress concentration and preventing spontaneous breakage.
3.Tempering
Glass is heated in a tempering furnace to 700°C, then rapidly cooled to create high-strength tempered glass.
4.Cleaning & Drying
Glass surfaces are cleaned with deionized water to remove dust and oil, then thoroughly dried.
5.Spacer Assembly
Aluminum or warm-edge spacers are installed, filled with desiccant (molecular sieve) to absorb moisture.
6.Lamination & Sealing
Two glass panes are assembled with spacers, filled with inert gas (e.g., argon), and sealed with butyl + silicone for airtightness.
7.Quality Inspection
Inspections include appearance, airtightness, gas retention, and dimensional accuracy.
8.Packaging & Storage
Packed with anti-scratch film, labeled, and stored in a dry environment.
9.Optional Processes:
①Low-E coating applied pre-tempering for better thermal insulation.
②PVB lamination for enhanced safety (e.g., bullet-resistant glass).
