Indenter type: diamond positive quadrangular cone indenter (136 ° top angle, Knoop's indenter optional), hardness range 1HV ~ 3000HV.
Load accuracy: 0.5% reading error, support 10gf~2kgf stepless load adjustment (sub-stage: 10/25/50/100/200/500/1000/2000gf).
Optics and Imaging
Dual optical path objective system: 50X high-resolution objective lens (working distance 6.5mm), with 10X eyepiece, total magnification 500X.
Intelligent imaging module: 5 megapixel CMOS camera, built-in AI indentation recognition algorithm, automatic calibration of diagonal length (accuracy ±0.1μm).
Light source configuration: three-ring LED cold light source (adjustable brightness), support bright field/dark field switching, adapt to metal, ceramic, transparent coating and other materials.

Analyzing Functions
Statistical Charts: Automatically calculate mean, standard deviation, and CPK process capability index.
