This 4000m3/h jet suction dredget designed for aperation in sheltered inshore waters and tropical climate conditions, is built in accor-dance with China ZC class design and corporate standards. It is constructed entirely with welded steel, featuring a bottomplate of 10mm thickness and shell plating of 6mm thickness. Located at the front of the main deck are three electric winches,while two more electric winches an positioned at the tail of the main cabin. Four ballast water tanks ae situated at the frontand rear ends af the side pontcon. The entire dredger is cesigned to be dismountable and transported in road-accessible sec-tions. The engines and dredge pump are housed in the center pantoon, while the side pontoons serve as fuel storage, ballast tanks, and a storage facility. The engine room and pump section are acoessible through watertight hatches. The control cabin,spacious and enganomically designed, is situated an a raised platdarmn providing an unabstructed view all around. It features two aperator consoles equipped with enging instrumertation and controls for winches, dredge pump, suction and discharge pressure gauges, nanigation light controls, and is air-concitioned with goad insulation. Below the contral cabin, there is a changing room furnished with a table, chars, and a washbasin. To protect the underwater section of the dredger for use in a saltwater enviranment, it is coated with a marine coating system and equipped with cathodic protectian.
