1400m3/h SOTCK NEW HP-JSD3010 JET SUCTION DREDGER HENG PENG SHIPYARD
We set up Sand Mine Equipment Development Research Institute in 2004, and established good business relationship with the national scientific research institute. At present, there are 5 senior engineers and 12 professional R&D staff members in our company. They can rapidly work out reasonable and feasible plans according to customer requirements. All parts are dimensioned to allow the Jet suction dredger to be transported by road, rail or water. The dredger is equipped with a rapid connection-disconnection system for the pontoons, achieved using bolts at deck level, hull front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Further salient features of the dredger are the dredger is powered by a Marine engine.
The hull is of all welded, steel construction to give the dredger the necessary strength required for dredging operations.
The hull steel plate used is CCSB (shipbuilding steel plate ).

2.The working principle is to use a strong current to make the sediment float and let the sediment pump suck it away through the pipeline.
3.Fan-shaped mud suction operation in front of the bridge, flexible and convenient in-depth and fan operation.
4. Designed in accordance with China Ship Inspection CCS Standard, ZC Standard, and produced in accordance with enterprise standards.
5. The engine and pump are located in the middle main engine compartment, and the side hulls on both sides serve as fuel tanks, ballast tanks, and storage bins. Four ballast tanks are located at the front and rear ends of the side appendage.
6.The whole ship can be disassembled, transported by car or container.
7. Large and bright operating room with air-conditioning and adjustable seats, comfortable working environment.
8. One driver operates all monitoring instruments, light control buttons, and action command buttons.
