Application and features:
Model EZ-10 is mainly used to test the plasticity of 1-10mm steel wires under torsion condition. Surface flaws of steel wires may be shown out during the testing process. The testing machine is loaded by an electric motor, with a rotation sensor detecting the number of twisting turns, and a large color LCD touch screen displaying the detection results. It mainly suitable for testing the torsional properties of materials in mechanical laboratories of relevant scientific research departments, various colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises; It is very suitable for online testing by wire production units and incoming inspection by wire usage units; Widely used in production and usage departments such as steel mills, high-speed lines, prestressed steel wire factories, quality supervision, research institutes, highway transportation, and construction industries.
