TRX conveyor belts are designed for horizontal, steep inclined and vertical handling of all kinds of bulk materials - from coarse-size coal and ore, rock, coarse sand or fertilizers. Lump sizes varying from powdery, floury material up to material with material size 400 mm (16"). Materials can be carried over 500 m (1,640') in vertical lift with capacities up to 6,000 t/h. TRX conveyor belts are supplied in standard black rubber quality of high abrasion resistance. In addition, other qualities such as heat and oil resistant or flame retardant rubber can be supplied.

What do you need to know to get a sidewall conveyor belt quote?

• Conveyor belt sidewall height

• "A" - Indent of sidewall: measured from outside edge of the belt to the outside edge of the sidewall.

• "B" - Conveying area: the distance between the insides of both sidewalls, measured from one inside edge to the other inside edge.

• "C" - Corrugation width: measured from the inside edge of the sidewall to the outside edge of the same sidewall.

• "D" - Corrugation pitch: the distance between the center of each sidewall, measured from the center of one corrugation to the center of the next corrugation.

• "E" - Cleat gap (optional: for applications that have cleats present on the belt): the distance between the cleat and the sidewall, measured from inside of the sidewall to the edge of the cleat.

Cleat types: T, TS, C, TC and TCS
 The cleat is made of enforced fabric, solid, anti-shock to avoid distortion. 
 "TS" and "TCS" cleat are normally used for abrasion condition
 "T" and "TS" cleat are normally used up to 40 degree
 "TC" and "TCS" are normally used from 40 degree to 90
