This Electromagnetic flow meters can be used to measure the volumetric flow rate of conductive fluids in closed pipelines. Widely used for flow measurement and control in industrial and agricultural production processes such as petroleum, chemical, steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, water conservancy irrigation, water treatment, environmental wastewater measurement and control, papermaking, medicine, food, etc.

A: Electrode material and applicable scope
316L is used for measuring slightly corrosive media such as water, sewage, or inorganic or organic acids.
2 Hastelloy B (HB) has good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid below boiling point, as well as to non oxidizing acids, bases, and non oxidizing salt solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic acids.
3 Hastelloy C (HC) is resistant to corrosion by oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, mixed acids, or solutions, as well as mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid; Also resistant to oxidation
Corrosion caused by factors such as Fe++, Cu++, or other oxidants, such as corrosion caused by hypochlorite seawater above room temperature.
4.Titanium (Ti) can withstand corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), organic acids, alkalis, etc; Not resistant to the corrosion of relatively pure reducing acids (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), but if the acid contains oxidants (such as nitric acid, Fe+++, Cu++), the corrosion resistance is greatly reduced.

Platinum iridium alloy is suitable for almost all chemical substances, but not for aqua regia and ammonium salts.
Tungsten carbide has good wear resistance and can be used for measuring high wear media, such as pulp, slurry, etc.

Resistant to oil, solvents, oxidation, and general acidic, alkaline, and oxidizing media such as 1.0 ℃~80 ℃ non strong acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidizing media such as 1.0 ℃~80 ℃ non strong acid, strong alkali, and strong oxidizing media. 2. 6.Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is the most chemically stable material in plastics
The material is capable of withstanding boiling hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and aqua regia, as well as concentrated alkali and various organic solvents. It is not resistant to corrosion from chlorine trifluoride, high-temperature oxygen trifluoride, high flow rate liquid fluorine, liquid oxygen, and ozone.
