Containerized/cartradge mechanical seal is a combination of seven main components, including dynamic ring, static ring, spring, auxiliary sealing ring, shaft sleeve, and static sealing gasket. As a result, it is easier, faster, and more sealed to install on the machine body.
Easy installation: After inspection and pressure testing, it is installed on the shaft inside the shaft seal box, fixed on the shaft with set screws, tightened with cover bolts, removed from the container positioning plate, and the mechanical seal can be in a parallel working state and put into operation. This not only makes assembly easier but also maintains assembly quality.
Product features: No need to measure the sealing working length during installation; The axis can be adjusted according to requirements; There will be no leakage problem during startup, as the seals have been pre tested; When installing, only the tight cover bolts need to be installed, and the assembly quality is easy to maintain; Protect the sealing surface from contamination by debris or damage caused by operational errors before installation or start-up; The machine equipment can be readjusted after thermal expansion; By utilizing collaboration, one can establish their own center; Easy to remove seals for cleaning and inspection without disassembling the pump equipment.
