IEC 62368-1 Clause 9.6.2 Wireless Charging Foreign Object
The metal foreign object temperature rise test kit is designed and manufactured to meet the IEC62368 standard. It is used to detect the heating of metal foreign objects placed on or near the wireless power transmitter during operation, to prevent burns caused by high temperature.
Examples of simulating metal foreign objects include a phone ring, keychain, metal protective film, or small metal objects that may be touched during wireless charging.
