The explosion-proof baffle type flow switch is suitable for the switch of supporting mechanical equipment, pressure vessel, cut-off and idling protection.
Explosion-proof flow switches are mainly used to automatically protect equipment and pipeline systems from damage caused by flow reduction or cut-off; they are widely installed in flammable and explosive places such as oil and gas pipelines and refineries. The unique magnetic action switch design of the explosion-proof flow switch provides excellent working performance. It does not contain bellows and other components that are likely to cause failure, so that the explosion-proof flow switch has stable performance and timely action.

Normally closed (N.C) contact setting method
Normally closed point means that when there is no flow or the flow is low, the switch is closed, and it opens only when the flow increases to a certain value. The plastic rod moves in the direction of the water flow to increase the flow setting value, and the plastic rod moves in the opposite direction of the water flow.
Normally open (N.O) contact setting method
Normally open point means that when there is no flow or the flow is low, the switch is open, and it is closed only when the flow increases to a certain value. The plastic rod moves in the direction of the water flow to increase the flow rate setting, and the plastic rod moves in the opposite direction of the water flow to decrease the flow rate.

The explosion-proof baffle type flow switch is similar to the ordinary baffle type contact setting, and can also be the same as the ordinary baffle type product in application.
*Protect pumps, engines and other equipment at low flow rates or no fluid
*Control the sequential operation of the pump
*Automatically start auxiliary pump and engine
* Stop the liquid-cooled engine, machine and processing process when the coolant flow is interrupted
*Turn off the heater when there is no air flow through the heating tube
