II Matters for attention
1. The dead weight tester should be used within the rated pressure range as far as possible, and the overpressure should not be greater than the maximum measuring range of 5MPa
2. The dead weight tester should be placed on a stable operating platform to avoid being used in an environment with corrosive gases and dust particles;
3. When it is necessary to transport or carry, the quick connector must be locked with the plug, the pressure relief valve knob is closed, the pressure rod is placed in the lowest position, and the booster trimmer handwheel is all screwed in; Pressure/vacuum conversion must be carried out in a no-pressure state;
4. If the pressure measuring medium is contaminated, please replace it in time (If the pressure measuring medium is clean, the pressure relief drain pipe can be inserted into the liquid injection mouth for circulation); During use, the level of the pressure measuring medium shall not be lower than the filter position in the liquid storage chamber;
