Diaphragm Seal Differential Pressure/Level Transmitter

To avoid direct contact between the isolation diaphragm of the GP (gauge pressure type) or DP(differential pressure type) transmitter and the measured medium, a RG/RD remote pressure/differential pressure transmitter can be used.

Remote transmitters are suitable for the following situations:

1. When the measured medium corrodes the transmitter connector and the sensitive element;

2. Need to isolate the high temperature medium from the transmitter;

3. When there are suspended solids in the measured medium or the medium is highly viscous, it is easy to block the transmitter connector and pressure chamber;

4. When the measured medium is easily cured or crystallized by a pressure tube;

5. When the replacement of the measured medium needs to be washed and cannot be mixed;

6. Sanitary conditions must be maintained to prevent contamination.

SYDM-26RG/RD type differential pressure/level transmitter with remote diaphragm seal still has the performance characteristics of SYDM-26DP/GP type differential pressure/pressure transmitter. 

The operation temperature of DC200 series silicone oil is -40 ~ +149℃; The operating temperature of high temperature silicone oil is -20 ~ +315℃.

The upper limit of the working pressure of the remote transmission device is the rating of the remote transmission device selected by the user; The working pressure is not less than 3.5kPa (absolute pressure).
