CPF series melt filter is a chemical polymer filter with double filter chambers for continuous switching. It is suitable for continuous filtration of polymer melts to remove impurities and unmelted gel particles in the melt, improve the spinning performance of the melt and ensure the spinning quality; it is an indispensable equipment for high-speed spinning, spinning fine denier yarn and spinning recycled materials; it plays a significant role in extending the life of spinning components, improving equipment utilization and increasing production.
This series of products is designed and manufactured according to relevant standards for pressure vessels. It has three heating methods: biphenyl vapor, heat transfer oil circulation, and static electric heating. The heating and heat preservation are uniform, and the three-way switching valve is flexible, reliable, leak-free, and has no filtering dead corners; this series of products has a variety of models for users to choose from, and can also be specially designed and manufactured according to the parameters required by users.
Application scope of CPF series products: Filterable materials include polymers, prepolymers and monomers in fluid state (melt, solution), such as thermoplastic polymers such as polyester (PET), nylon (PA6, PA66), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) and polyurethane (PU) and other viscous thermal fluids; used in polymerization and continuous polycondensation (such as PET, PBT, Nylon6), spinning of recycled materials such as polyester filaments, bubble bottle flakes, nylon filaments, polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabrics, polypropylene polyethylene stretch film, BOPET, polypropylene filaments, zipper monofilaments and other fields.
