 Overview: 

      The industrial hydraulic caliper disk brake is normally closed design, hydraulic sluice, in line with JB / T10917-2008 caliper disc brakes standard. The full-automatic follow-up device ensures that the clearance between the brake and the brake disc is equal when the brake is released to avoid floating. 

      The adjustability of the center height can effectively make up for the errors on the installation site. Equipped with AC / DC wide voltage switch and wear induction switch, it can carry out interlocking protection and fault warning. 

       Hydraulic caliper disc brake is widely used for emergency safety braking of low-speed shaft of large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery hoisting and boom pitching mechanism, working braking and emergency safety braking of mining winch, hoist and high-power inclined belt conveyor, safety braking of cable car and cable crane driving mechanism, and safety (emergency) braking of low-speed shaft of special crane hoisting mechanism such as casting crane.

* Working principle:

      When braking, the oil pressure enters the inner and outer wheel cylinders, and the two brake blocks of the piston under the action of hydraulic pressure press the brake disc to produce friction torque and braking. At this time, the edge of the rectangular rubber seal ring in the wheel cylinder groove produces a small amount of elastic deformation under the action of piston friction. When the Hydraulic caliper disc brake is released, the piston and brake pad return to their original positions by the elastic force of the sealing ring and the spring.

      Because the deformation of the edge of the rectangular sealing ring is very small, it is enough to ensure the release of braking when it is not braking. In addition, due to thermal expansion, the thickness of the brake disc changes only slightly, so there will be no "stagnation" phenomenon. The rectangular rubber sealing ring not only plays the role of sealing, but also plays the role of piston return and automatic clearance adjustment.

       If the clearance wear between the friction plate and the brake disc increases, after the deformation of the sealing ring reaches a certain value during braking, the piston can continue to move until the friction plate presses the brake disc. After the brake is released, the distance that the rectangular rubber sealing ring pushes the piston back is the same as that before wear, and the standard value of Hydraulic caliper disc brake is still maintained.

   1) Working oil pressure: 8-9.5 Mpa.

   2) Ambient temperature: - 5 ºC - 40 ºC.
