Electro Hydraulic Safety Disc Brake

Applicaton

SB series hydraulic safety (emergency) brake is a high-power brake device used on the low-speed shaft (drum shaft), which can be widely used in large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery lifting and emergency safety braking of low-speed shaft of boom pitching mechanism. Working brake and emergency safety brake of mine winch, hoist and high-power inclined belt conveyor, safety brake of cable car and slewing crane drive mechanism, safety (emergency) brake of low-speed shaft of special crane lifting mechanism such as casting crane.

Feature

●  Normally closed design, safe and reliable; Special disc spring applied force braking, need to match another hydraulic drive release device.

● Sensitive action, short closing/releasing  time.

● Can be equipped with releasing limit switch and liner wear limit switch, can be interlocked protection and fault display (when using PLC control).

● High performance non-asbestos hard friction liner,  friction coefficient is stable, no damage to the brake disc and insensitive to water medium and salt spray (seawater).

● Reasonable sealing structure design and imported seals, good effect, long life

● Flexible installation position, easy to use, adjust and maintain.

Use Condition:

● The ambient temparture: -20 ℃-+40 ℃

● Air relative humidity is not more than 90%

● Negotiation in order if having special requirements.
