DLZ Series Electrial Wheel Brake

Application

Brake of DLZ type is mainly applied to windproof braking of outdoor large and medium-sized lifting machinery and port handling machinery in working state and auxiliary windproof braking in non working state. It is generally installed on the passive wheel for braking, which can effectively prevent the passive wheel from rolling displacement under the action of wind. Pure electric drive,no need to arrange hydraulic pipeline, enviromental protection and energy saving.

Main features

1. Nomally closed design,safe and reliable; Disc spring applies force to brake, electrially opens, electromagnetic maintains, and automatically holds the brake in case of power loss.

2. The electromagnetic maintains the brake release, which is efficient and energy-saving; With manual release device, the brake can be released separately maintenance;

3. All parts are fully sealed,with high protection level,long service life, small size, compact structure and simple installation;

4. Helical gear transmission, high effecifiency, accurate and fast action;

5. Anti corrosion design, fasteners and shafts are made of stainless steel, with superior auti-corrosion performance; high performance asbestos free brake pad, stable friction coefficient, insensitive to salt spray and rain;

6. The electric opening mode realize oil-free, avoids aging, leakage and other phenomena of the hydraulic pipeline, and is conducive to enviromental protection.

Use condition

1. Ambient temperature: -20~50 °C

2. Relative humidity:<90%;

3. Motor working voltage: AC380V-50 Hz, continuous fluctuaion not exceeding 10%, transient fluctuation not exceeding -15%-10%;

4. Working voltage of electromagnet: DC24V;

5. Protection grade: Ip65;

6. Working system: continous working system S1-100%, intermittent working system S3-60%, working frequency<500 times/hour.
