Gantry Crane Rail Clamp

Application:

YJGQ type hydraulic rail clamp is mainly used for various bridge and gantry container cranes and other track-type machinery in working or non-working state to prevent wind and resist other external impacts.

Main feature:

●Normal closed design, spring force clamping, hydraulic cylinder drive release;

●Anti-corrosion design;

●Equipped with a release limit switch, which can be interlocked with the crane traveling mechanism for protection;

●The clamp body is a floating structure: the horizontal floating distance is ±20mm, and the vertical floating distance is ±10mm;

●The main engine and the hydraulic station generally adopt an integral structure (if necessary, the main engine can be separated from the hydraulic station, please specify in advance when ordering).

Conditions of Use:

●Ambient temperature: 0℃~40℃.

●Drive power supply for hydraulic station: generally used for three-phase AC380V, 50Hz (if other voltage is required, please specify in advance when ordering).

●Hydraulic station control power supply: AC220V, 50Hz ●Limit switch power supply: AC125V~250V.

●Applicable working mode: intermittent, short-term action, low frequency.
