1. Introduction
Test chain is designed according to GB7000.1 and IEC60598-1 clause 4.26.3 & figure 29 . It is mainly applied to provided a prevent the impairing of safety due to unintended short-circuiting of uninsulated accessible SELV part of opposite polarity. The test chain is made by copper zinc alloy (Cu: 63%, Zn: 37%), the chain shall have a resistance value of 2.5Ω/m±20% when stretched with a load of 200g/m.

3. Usage
1). The resistance value of the test chain should be checked before measurement to make sure it is in the range of 2.5±20%Ω.
2). To test the distance between conductors of SELV parts, record as X.
3). the test chain is hung over the accessible uninsulated SELV parts. And two ends of test chain loaded with a maximum of 250g weights or equal to 15*X.
4). Test sample is operated at 0.9 to 1.1 times its rated voltage.
5). The test chain can not melt through, and the nor shall any part of the type test sample reach a specified temperature
