What is the spin coater?
The main function of the spin coater is to drip various kinds of glue on the high-speed rotating substrate, and make these glue evenly coated on the substrate by centrifugal force. In the semiconductor process, the spin coater is used for the coating of photoresist, which is one of the step in the manufacture of integrated circuits. Spin coater is widely used in the surface coating or lithography process of various colloids such as silicon wafer, wafer, substrate, ITO conductive glass and so on.

The KW-4B spin coater is high-accuracy and easy-to-use for precise and uniforming deposition of films and coatings. It includes an oil-free vacuum pump and 3 vacuum chucks. Features and product parameters are as follows.
