Grain Analysis SLQ Series Crude Fiber Analyzer
SLQ-6A Crude Fiber Tester is based on the principle of acid-base washing method, which integrates acid, alkali treatment and washing. During operation, the sample does not need to be transferred, the crude fiber in the substance can be decomposed, and at the same time, it can be adjusted individually and arbitrarily according to the required temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of accuracy and speed.
It can be used in the conventional Weende method to analyze crude fiber and Van Soest analysis to wash the fiber. Applies to plant, feed, food and other agricultural products as well as the determination crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), hemicellulose and acid detergent lignin (ADL).
Main features
● The pressure injection type liquid addition is adopted, and the liquid addition is fast and smooth, which solves the problem of unsmooth self-flow liquid addition;
● Reagent preheating is automatically controlled by electric furnace, which is safe and power saving and prevents dry burning;
● Real suction filtration is smooth, high-performance corrosion-resistant parts;
● Split design, the reagent container is placed on the table, which is convenient for adding liquid. For the structure previously placed on the upper end of the instrument, it solves the problem of difficulty in adding liquid for small size, and is more user-friendly.
