Tetraacetylethylenediamine
Tetraacetyl ethylenediamine (TAED) is a grayish-white or cream-colored particle with a melting point of 149-154 °C and a boiling point of 140 °C (1.5002 mmHg). It is biodegradable and does no harm to the environment. In various detergent formulations, TAED does not affect the functions of silicates, whiteners, enzymes and other detergents, and is mainly used as an additive to oxygen bleach. Oxygen bleach can give full play to its unique whitening, whitening, disinfection and sterilization effects at low temperature. It has good compatibility with various enzymes and other surfactants and is non-toxic. In the water temperature of 30-60℃, the complete reaction and decomposition, the release of reactive oxygen species, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving, efficient bleaching and safe washing

Product application
Tetraacetyl ethylenediamine is an efficient low temperature bleaching activator, which is widely used in washing powder, color bleaching powder, dishwashing agent and other kinds of solid detergents and detergents.
1. As a peroxide activator, it improves the washing efficiency and disinfection function of peroxide in low-temperature water.
2. It has excellent performance in low temperature bleaching and environmental protection with suitable price.
3. In detergents, when the content of tetraacetylethylenediamine reaches 1.5% to 5.0%, the sodium perborate can exert its
bleaching effect at normal temperature.
4. The combination of hydrogen peroxide and TAED is a new method for textile bleaching. It not only reduces the bleaching
temperature, but also achieves good bleaching effect at low temperatures.
