Trimethylstearylammonium Chloride
Product introduction
Octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride is white powder, odorless. Soluble in alcohol and hot water, cationic type. Relative density 0.884, HLB value 15.7, flash point (open cup) 180℃, surface tension (0.1% solution)34×10-3N/m. At 20℃, the solubility is less than 1%. Soluble in alcohol. It has excellent stability, surface activity, emulsification, sterilization, disinfection, softness and antistatic properties.
Melting point 80°C, boiling point 100°C, boiling point 249 °C [at 101 325 Pa], density 0.6363 (g/ml), density 0.91[at 20℃], vapor pressure 0Pa at 25℃
Product application
1. Used as fabric softener to make fiber bulky and soft to feel, used as raw material for asphalt emulsification and hair conditioner.
2. This product is used as antistatic agent of textile fiber, hair conditioner, emulsifier of asphalt, rubber and silicone oil. And widely used in disinfection and fungicide.
3. Widely used in asphalt emulsification and waterproof coating emulsification, silicone oil emulsification, hair conditioner cosmetics emulsion conditioning, fabric fiber soft antistatic, organic bentonite modification, water treatment flocculation, glass fiber soft processing, nylon parachute surface anti-burn treatment agent, and disinfectant, hair dye and so on.
