IPX8 High Pressure Water Tank
1. Introduction:
IPX8 high pressure water tank is designed according to IEC60529-2001 regarding the second characteristic numerals 8 for continuous immersion test. Waterproof test simulates the condition of raining, which is mainly applied to electronic products, luminaire, electric components, motor and house-holding appliance. The waterproof test can help to judge the products’ performance, and provide the basis for design, improve and inspect. IPX8 test is subject to the agreement between user and manufacturer, the test simulates the condition under 0 to 50m below the water.
IPX8 high pressure water tank: The equipment is suitable for continuous immersion in water under conditions which shall be specified by the manufacturer. Normally, this will mean that the equipment is hermetically sealed. However, with certain types of equipment, it can mean that water can enter but only in such a manner that it produces no harmful effects. Test duration: continuous immersion in water, depth specified by manufacturer, generally up to 3 m.
2. Features:
● For IPX8 waterproof testing
● The tank body is made by SUS304 stainless steel.
● Adopts Silicone seals, with feature of good elasticity, and not easy to damage.
● Equip with cylinder lifting device, stable lift to decrease the pressure during the operation.
● Equip with safety valve, will auto leak pressure if exceed the rate pressure, to prevent inappropriate operation.
● Test time setting: 0~999min, auto stop when time up, and auto exhaust, user can open the tank to get out the sample.
● Pressure display: display the pressure by sensor, and control the pressure by pressure valve.
● Inlet and outlet is on the bottom of the tank.
