Biocide BIT20 is a broad-spectrum biocide used to protect water-based industrial products from bacterial and fungal contamination. Biocide BIT20 is very stable under alkaline conditions and it can be used for anti-corrosion of oil-in-water emulsions and metalworking fluids.
Active Ingredient: 1,2-Benzoisothiazoline-3-one
Biocide BIT20 Application: Widely used in metalworking fluids, coatings, paints, water-based polymers, textiles, adhesives and paraffin solution.
Biocide BIT20 Features:
*Good thermal stability.
*High temperature and high alkalinity resistance.
*Wide pH range (2-12) commonly used in high temperatures and strong alkalis where other preservatives cannot exert their effectiveness environment.
*It can be used alone or in combination with other biocides.
Biocide BIT20Dosage (mass ratio): in metalworking fluids concentration: 0.8-3.6%. Field use: 0.04-0.18%.
