Industrial Biocide IPBC30
Biocide IPBC30 is a bactericide used to prevent and kill microorganisms such as mold, yeast, algae, etc. IPBC30 is widely used as a fungicide in metalworking fluids, coatings and other fields.
Active Ingredient: 3-iodo-2-propynylbutylcarbamate.
CAS number: 55406-53-6.
Application: Biocide IPBC30 is widely used in metalworking fluids, coatings, paints, textiles, adhesives, and other systems.
Biocide IPBC30 Features:
● Good stability.
● Due to its low water solubility, it should be added slowly when used on site, and at the same time fully circulated and stirred to prevent the active ingredients from sinking to the bottom of the pool.
● Can be used alone or in combination with other fungicides.
● Small dosage, quick onset and strong fungicidal power.
Biocide IPBC30 Dosage (mass ratio): in metalworking fluids concentration: 0.1%-0.4%. Field use: 0.01%-0.02%.
Biocide IPBC30 packing:
200KG/DRUM or 1000KG/IBC tank.
Other metalworking fluids additives:
Corrosion inhibitor: 2,4,6-Tri-(6-aminocaproic acid)-1,3,5-triazine (CAS#: 80584-91-4);
Aluminum corrosion inhibitor: Alkyl phosphate;
Ricinoleic acid polyester (CAS#: 27925-02-6);
Biocide MBO: 5-methyl-3-[(5-methyl-1,3-oxazolidin-3-yl)methyl]-1,3-oxazolidine (CAS#:66204-44-2);
Biocide BK: Hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine (CAS#: 4719-4-4);
