CP-25 is a kind of liquid anti-rust additive obtained by dissolving solid tricarboxylic acid in triethanolamine. The advantage of this product is that it is more convenient and fast to use. It can be used alone in metal working fluids or in combination with other water-soluble rust inhibitors for semi-synthetic cutting fluids, fully synthetic cutting fluids and water-based cleaning agents.

Application: This product is suitable for a variety of water-based solution of water-soluble anti-rust agent, mainly used in a variety of micro-emulsion and semi-synthetic cutting fluids, fully synthetic cutting fluids, and water-based cleaning agent and other water-based products. Performance characteristics:
●Good solubility.
● Good compatibility with other additives in the formula, no adverse effects on the stability of the system.
● Excellent anti-rust effect on black metal.
● No nitrite.
Dosage (mass ratio) in cutting fluids:
When used in metalworking fluids: Depending on the metalworking fluids (semi-synthetic and fully synthetic) and the requirements for rust prevention, the recommended dosage in the concentrated liquid can be 5-15%. Customers can also flexibly adjust according to their own formula needs.
