CHONGYANG WATER Welding :
PIPELINE WELDING AND INSPECTION
All pipeline that contact with Water adopt automatic track argon arc welding as much as possible. Filling argon carry out protection and make single-welding -shaping-two-sides .Protective gas is high purity argon, Purity is 99.999%.
All welding spot will be checked by endoscopy ,such as 100% manual welding spot and 20% automatic welding spot . and provide record document of welding and checking ,provide inspection report of welding spot quality (endoscope method)
The welder can make welding sampling at the beginning and over work each day or changing standard .the welding sampling should keep original ,and have record file . The welder provide welding sampling and welding report of each lots pipeline and different diameter pipeline at the beginning and over work every day.
There are each welding coding on all pipeline of water ,and draw welding spot layout .and the tested welding spot should be marked on draw and provide welding document.Provide welding record.
