Features of U-shaped ribbon mixer : U-shaped ribbon mixer is a common mixing equipment, mainly used to mix dry powder and granular materials. It is widely used in chemical, food, fertilizer and other fields.
The two spiral belts rotate in opposite directions and generate a strong force for turning materials at the same time. The inner spiral belt moves the material to both sides, while the outer spiral belt moves the material inward from both sides, so that the material can be quickly and evenly mixed in a short time.

The vortex speeds up the mixing speed and improves the uniformity of mixing.

The bottom is equipped with a large door or a full-length door to reduce material residue; both ends of the fuselage adopt a double-layer design, eliminating the exposure of materials at both ends of the shaft; the discharge door is manual (can also be electric or pneumatic), with more accurate and reliable action, and good sealing performance; the machine is equipped with a grease injection pipe, with a reasonable overall structure, beautiful appearance, and easy operation and maintenance.
