Performance conditions :

Raw material: concentrated juice or enrichment of jam (juice and jam as separate line).
End products: glass bottle, PET bottle, composite bags finished flavor juice or jam.

Processing capacity: 25 - 500 kg/hour jam or fruit juice.

(depending on the equipment type and configuration, production line biggest processing fresh fruit quantity is 25 kg/hour; 50 kg/h, 100 kg/h, 200 kg/h, 500 kg/h)

Return period: less investment, this line is relatively large line can be back in a relatively short time cost.

Effective input: 5 kg - 500 kg concentrated juice or enrichment of jam/hour.

Effective output;25 kg - 1000 kg of finished seasoning juice, flavor jam.

Pure fruit juice, water, juice ingredients: glucose that a variety of flavor additives such as flavor juice or jam.

Sterilization method: pasteurization, high temperature sterilization, super high 

temperature sterilization.(choose) according to the requirement

Terminal packing: 200 ml to 500 ml glass bottles, PET bottles, compound bag.

Production: about 25 to 1000 kg/h.(according to the need to choose to suit production line)
