Zero buoyancy cable structure:
Conductor: multi-strand ultra-fine stranded oxygen-free copper wire, in line with VDE0295CLASS 6 standard (conductor with bare copper wire and tinned copper wire optional)
Insulation: Special PVC blend or TPE/PE/ Teflon material (optional)
Color: ≤0.5mm Color: brown, black, blue, purple, pink, orange; ≥0.5mm Color indicates: black number white number number, more than 3 cores with yellow-green ground cable (yellow-green optional)
Filling: polyester yarn water blocking yarn, etc
Tensile: Kevlar bulletproof wire (can be filled or woven) flagpole rope tensile cotton rope
Wrapping: tensile non-woven fabric to block water
Shielding: tinned copper wire textile shielding, density: 85% or more
Sheath: Foamed polyurethane (PUR)
Color: Black, gray, orange, yellow, color can be produced on request.
Zero buoyancy cable rated voltage: less than or equal to 0.5 square, 300/300V; Greater than 0.5 square, 300/500V
Test voltage: 2500V
