Features:
1. UV aging test machine can do two kinds of testing: aging and anti-yellowing.
2. Aging: the machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. It’s generally thought that test for one day at 70°C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.
3. Anti-yellowing: the machine stimulate the atmosphere environment, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50°C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.
Application:
This machine is mainly used for the UV aging resistance of light materials such as leather, plastic, rubber and cloth under UV radiation.
The machine simulates the ability of the test material to withstand ultraviolet ray under a certain period of time under simulated ultraviolet light radiation, and accelerates the aging test chamber to simulate the environment of the transport container that is exposed to sunlight, in order to test the degree of resistance of the product in it. For the preparation of product materials, the reference of chemical raw materials.
