Enclosure structure:
The integral molding press is welded by high temperature, corrosion resistant, easy to clean, no leakage phenomenon.
Tower spray system, and equipped with salt filter system, no crystallization nozzle, salt spray distribution uniform, sedimentation free adjustment.

The line control panel and other components are fixed in a position convenient for inspection and maintenance. The door lock open side cover door is not only beautiful, but also convenient for maintenance.
The internal structure:
1. Spray device: tower sprayer with glass nozzle inside. Spray is guided by tower tube and dispersed by cone, and then diffused into the whole laboratory after uniform dispersion.
2. Adjustment of spray volume: increase the spray volume of the conical disperser on the spray tower, and decrease the spray volume;
3. Collector: the fine mist emitted by the nozzle will settle in a free-falling way. One or more funnel cups with a surface area of 80cm2 are built in to collect the salt mist, which will condense into water and flow from the catheter to the measuring cylinder outside the box.
4, heating water tank: water tank attached to the bottom of the laboratory, used for water heating to keep the temperature of the laboratory stable;
5, the shelf: made of plastic steel, a single bearing does not exceed 2kg, such as dispersed placement can bear the weight of 10kg, on both sides of the shelf are two rows of round holes, is to place the bar to vertical points 15 degrees, 30 degrees Angle.

Applications:

The salt spray corrosion test chamber according to GB / T2423.17 Electronic and Electrical Products Basic Environmental Test Procedures Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method for neutral salt spray test can also be used for acetic acid salt test.
