Applications
The bell-type sintering furnace is a high-temperature sintering furnace for cyclic operation, with a shear screw lifting system for the lifting of the firing table. It can be used for intermittent production sintering process of ceramic products such as zirconia, alumina and dielectric ceramics.
Features
1. maximum temperature of 1500℃ and 1650℃ (two models of temperature are available);
2. Special riveted structure is chosen for the furnace chamber fixing, no cracking and collapse of the top for long-term use.
3. Linear guide design, smooth movement without jitter, loading and unloading products is extremely convenient and safe.
4. Pre-embedded corundum mullite at the bottom of the bearing plate to enhance support, to prevent the bearing plate from sinking and sinking.
5. Multi-stage programmed temperature control, PID adjustment, to meet the sintering requirements of multiple multi-stage process curve storage
6. Over-temperature protection function, over-temperature automatic power off.
7. High precision B-type thermocouple, accurate temperature measurement
8. Heating element is U-type silicon molybdenum rod MOSI2
9. Additional option: tail gas treatment combustion cracking device
