The YFX series electric hydraulic windproof iron wedge brake is mainly used as a windproof brake for various rail mounted cranes, such as gantry cranes, gantry cranes, loading and unloading bridges, working in the open air in ports, docks, railways, and other areas. At the same time, it can also work together with anchoring devices, windproof cables, etc., for safety windproof braking measures of cranes in non working conditions.

Working principle:
When powered on, the electric hydraulic thruster acts, and its push rod quickly rises, lifting the iron wedge through a lever and transmission mechanism to ensure normal operation of the crane; When the power is cut off, the push rod of the thruster is under the action of spring force, and the iron wedge is placed on the track through a lever, which blocks the wheels in case of a sudden storm, providing safety protection.
Usage conditions:
1. Environmental temperature: -20 ℃~+50 ℃;
2. Generally used for three-phase AC power supply: 380V, 50Hz;
3. The altitude of the location of use complies with the relevant regulations of GB755-2000.
Technical parameters:
The wind resistance capacity of a single windproof iron wedge brake (converted into horizontal force F);
F=f * N wheel (N wheel represents wheel pressure; f is friction coefficient=0.46) The number of units that the entire machine should be equipped with S=2.5Pw/F (Pw represents wind load=CKhqA), please refer to the lifting design specifications.
