Metal Plate And Tube Fiber Laser Cutting Machine

TXT-TP series dual-drive laser cutting sheet and tube integrated machine adopts gantry double-sided drive structure, and the processing plate size is 3000m×1500mm. The Y-axis adopts an exclusive patented design to lengthen the steel structure beam with good dynamic performance. The machine tool has a compact structure, sufficient rigidity, good reliability and high efficiency cutting performance. It can effectively cut square tubes, round tubes, rectangular tubes, oval tubes and other shapes of tubes.  

The X and Y axes are driven by imported precision gears and racks, and the maximum positioning speed can reach 60 m/min.

The pipe cutting part is set to rotate at the same time with two chucks, equipped with a motor and a reducer.
