We made the screen printing pattern size of 1500x1500mm for corrugated paper, just like the material of carton. The pallet stacked paper was 800 high, which was transported to the automatic uploading machine by forklift (without dust removal and electrostatic removal device). The manipulator caught the automatic conveyor, adsorbed it on the PVC belt, and dragged the belt to the screen printing machine through the servo motor for printing and drying. Then printing, then drying, into the automatic stacker, forklift to pick up the pallet
In the whole process, the paper is always firmly attached to the PVC belt. One color uses a servo motor, and multiple colors use multiple servo motors to synchronize, because the PVC belt is too long and may not be accurate and affect the accuracy
