Product Introduction
TOPTITECH titanium frit consists of various grades of pure titanium with a maximum purity of 99.6%. These frits undergo a sintering process and are highly suitable for use in PEM electrolysis and column systems. With a smooth and porous surface, as well as a 20-micron filtration rating, this titanium frit provides exceptional support for the membrane and safeguards the components involved in the overall column system.

Feature
1. The Anode PTL/GDL Porous Titanium Frit has high strength, excellent mechanical strength, and compressive strength after sintering.
2. The porosity is high, the airflow distribution is uniform, and the filtration precision can achieve uniform filtration performance, with high stability.
3. It can eliminate faults such as circuit breakdown and blockage and has a long service life.
4. Good heat transfer and fluidization effect, low gas consumption.
5. Easy to process, shape, and good weldability.
6. Large operating flexibility and convenient process adjustment.
7. High-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It can withstand temperatures from -200°C to 480°C and filtration in acid-base environments, and can exert uniform surface filtration performance for filtration precisions from 1 to 500 μm.
8. The countercurrent cleaning effect is good, it can be used frequently, and it has a long service life because cleaning is easy, which is better than the surface filter construction.

Package and Shipment
1. Sintered Filters are usually packed in cartons, wrapped in soft film, and fixed in a box filled with industrial foam cotton, and the outer baler is packed with plastic bags with no damage during transportation.
2. Wooden box export packaging can also be customized. The foam cotton can be filled and fixed, the external box is sealed, the bottom is specified, the whole packaging is processed, and the goods can be delivered to the customer's designated place without damage.
