Introduction to LVT flooring production line

1. Equipment introduction: The LVT flooring production line is a LVT flooring specialized equipment developed by our company based on the characteristics of the plastic composite flooring building materials market. We mainly produce LVT flooring with a width of 1200mm and a thickness of 1.2-3mm. Equipment features: high degree of automation, easy operation, stable and reliable production operation, and high yield.

2. Production process of LVT composite flooring:

PVC powder

PVC raw materials → ingredients → additives → mixer mixing → extruder (plasticizing) → mold → calender shaping → online composite → cooling material rack → longitudinal cutting → traction → transverse cutting → platform stacking → finished product.

4. Plant structure and water and electricity installation

(1) The main workshop has a height of 6 meters, a length of 45 meters, and a width of 6 meters; The mixing workshop and warehouse area is 12 meters * 6 meters; It is recommended that the planned area of the factory be no less than 1500 square meters.

(2) During the production process, equipment must be cooled. The cold air tower can be installed on an outdoor circulating water tank, with an installation area of 16 square meters and a height of 1 meter. It is connected to indoor equipment pipelines. The main pipeline can choose 2-1/2 or 3 steel pipes, and the branch pipes can be determined based on the water pump inlet on the equipment. The drainage pipeline can choose 110mm PVC pressure pipes. The cooling water (circulation) is 5-8 tons/hour.

(3) The drainage ditch under the production line shall be set up according to the installation diagram of the production line.

(4) The total installed capacity of production equipment is 400KW (one production line).
