The YY (Q) W-1000Y (Q) organic heat carrier furnace is a horizontal three return cylindrical structure, using an imported combustion machine for central combustion. Its heating surface is composed of φ fifty-seven × 3mm 20 (GB/T3087-2008) seamless steel pipe manufacturing. The import and export header adopts 20 (GB/T3087-2008), φ one hundred and eight × 4.5mm seamless steel pipe manufacturing.
According to hydrodynamic calculation, the total pressure drop of the furnace tube is 0.211MPa
According to the design specification parameters, we have selected a circulating oil pump flow rate of 87m3/h through calculation. Based on this, we can determine that the medium flow rate on the radiation heating surface is 2.91m, which is greater than 2m/s, and the medium flow rate on the convection heating surface is 2.91m, which is greater than 1.5m/s. Moreover, the circulating resistance in the furnace is much smaller than the pressure of the circulating pump on the medium, This fully complies with the relevant provisions of TSG G0001-2012 "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" and GB/T17410-2008 "Organic Heat Carrier Furnace".
2) Process requirements:
According to the existing process equipment conditions of our company, the manufacturing process of this type of heat carrier furnace can be met, but the following requirements must be followed:
a) The entire manufacturing process complies with the relevant provisions of TSG G0001-2012 "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" and GB/T17410-2008 "Organic Heat Carrier Furnace".
b) The welding of each coil must be carried out using argon arc welding, and non-destructive testing should be conducted after welding. The testing ratio should comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.4 in GB/T17410-2008 "Organic Heat Carrier Furnace".
c) After the production of the one-way coil is completed, a hydraulic test should be conducted with a test pressure of 2.0MPa and a holding time of 10-20 seconds. After passing the pressure test, the assembly process can only be started.
d) After the assembly of the body is completed, a water pressure test should be conducted, with a test pressure of 1.5MPa and a holding time of 20min. After passing the pressure test, blow clean and seal with compressed air to prevent debris from entering.
e) The installation and acceptance of boilers should comply with the relevant provisions of GB50273-2009 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Boiler Installation Engineering"
