Industrial horizontal gas fired thermal oil furnace
Introduction:
Thermal oil furnace takes diesel , natural gas, LGP as fuel. Three pass and wet back structure enhance it’s thermal efficiency and lower flue gas temperature. Thicker insulated material layer makes radiating at minimum limit.
All furnaces are assembly structure which is easy for installation by just connecting system device by pipes. Intelligent system control makes boiler operation easier and more simple. Controller with imitation screen display has auto igniting, burning, circulation pumps control, alarm, etc.
Application:
1.Chemical industry - lipidic chemical industry, reaction jug, polymerization, distillation, enrichment.
2.Plastic industry - plastic firing, extrusion stereotypes.
3.Textile industry - resin stenters, dyeing machine and dry room, high-temperature machine, GunTongJi.
4.Rubber industry -rubber vulcanization heating.
5.Food industry - cooking, drying, vegetable oil refining.
6.Forest industry - plywood, glass-plate, chipboard of heating stereotypes. - packaging cartons,
7.Paper industry of multi-layer cardboard, drying and dry.
8.Others - metal electroplating slot heating, coating condensation, drying, the pharmaceutical industry distillation, reduction, concentration, dehydration, etc.
Features:
1.The temperture of oil can rise to 300°C at the atmospheric pressure.
2.Thermal Oil doesn't cause any corrosion in the boiler plant.
3.Also incrustation and calcification don't accur.
4.In the normal climate conditions , freezing doesn't occur in boiler plant.
5.When necessary, hot water, boiling water and steam can be produced by means of thermal oil boiler.
6.Temperture is checked easily.
7.Boiler plant maintenance costs are low.
