Tube Furnace Vacuun Tube Furnace
STA-1600-MT tube furnace is a CE certified compact furnace with 60 mm dia alumina processing tub & vacuum flangee, 30 segments programmable temperature controller at a working temperature up to 1600°C. It can be widely used for material and chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gas conditions.
Specification Furnace structure
- Double layer steel casing with air cooling.
- Two cooling fan inside to keep case temperature < 600C.
- High purity Alumina refractory chamber with max energy saving.
- Alumina tube, vacuum flange, gauge & valve are included
- Compact design ( click picture below to see dimension)
- Such compact space-saving furnace can be placed on the 600mm x 600mm mobile cart (available in the optional parts list below)

Warranty:Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Across International will, at its sole options, replace any components that fail in normal use. Such replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs.
Replacement will be shipped to you after photo or other evidence are provided and investigated.
