The stainless steel wedged wire mesh filter uses metal wedge wire mesh as the filter element, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, high pressure difference resistance, and easy flushing and regeneration; the nearly two-dimensional filter has no dead spots for particle accumulation, and the wedge-shaped gaps can be gathered during backwashing. Backwashing energy, backwashing effect is good.
The stainless steel wedged wire mesh filter element is easy to leak, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The mesh has a trapezoidal cross section, and the gap is large at the bottom and narrow at the top. The whole wedge mesh is welded by wedge wire and supporting structure. There is an appropriate line spacing between the wedge wires arranged in parallel, which determines the filtration area.
