HDPE Water supply and Gas supply Pipe extrusion line:
1. Extruder: Unique screw design achieves better plasticizing and high quality pipe.
2. Die head: The design of production equipment for large-size pipes and the internal cooling system of the head pipe, can effectively shorten the cooling length of the production line and increase the extrusion volume.
3. Co extrusion technology: 1 layer, 2 layer, 3 layer, 4 layer.
The thickness distribution of the inner and outer layers of the head design is highly flexible.
4. Vacuum tank: Used to shape and cooling pipe.
To reach standard pipe size.
Design with double-chamber structure.
5. Haul-off unit: According to different pipe size and thickness, do customize traction speed, number of claws, effective traction length.
To ensure match pipe extrusion speed and forming speed, avoid deformation of pipe during traction.
2-12 caterpillars as option design.
6. Cutter: Saw & Chip cutting as options.
7. Advanced PLC operation system realizes synchronization.
